I was able to locate another account in which you have been charged for renewal of AVG Ultimate subscription but the email address registered is different Gmail account and not the one you used for posting here on community.
I have sent an email for you to provide the correct email address which will help me to verify the account and help you with refund request.
I was charged $99.00 for AVG eCommerce. This is an error I am not using any AVG products and all my subscriptions were cancelled.
