Edge browser can't login to AVG myaccount

Are you able to log in to your AVG My Account when AVG is disabled? Could you share the screenshot https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-create-a-screenshot&supportType=home of the error message you received on Edge browser to check and assist you further?

Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, turn off the toggle bar to disable AVG temporarily.

Anybody could help me.

Dear AVG Team,

After finishing with MS Edge issues resolved already with the great support of AVG team, suddenly there is another issues in the last 2 hours warning like photo attached.
My actions just follow the AVG Internet Security command and directly scan, finish and not found malware / virus, and my laptop was running well.
I'm worry and need the advice from AVG Team what I have to do.

Yoseph, thank you for providing the screenshots. It seems to be a Browser issue. Please refer this article http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-microsoft-edge-browser-to-default-settings-in-windows-10 and reset the Edge browser, restart the PC and check the status.

Thank you for the information.
Well, we can come up with a solution after analyzing the threat detection.
To proceed with that, I have sent an email instruction on how to submit the log files.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
Along with the email, send the (screenshot) of AVG Internet Security version window.
To check that, open AVG Internet Security, click on "Menu–>About".

We can certainly take a look into this. May I know when you're receiving the AVG detection pop ups (while browsing/playing game), are you trying to download anything from technologiesnowdon.com? It seems AVG is blocking the files setup2.exe/installer from downloads.

Alok, good morning.
Actually i never get into this webs, or download something from this address. And i don't know well about this webs.
The avg pop up comes out while I'm at work and is not browsing or downloading anything.
This morning avg pop up still appearing about 4-5 times for 2 hours, and my laptop continuous connected to the office network.
Then what is the solution?
