Hello Andy,
Please accept our sincere apologies. This isn't the experience we wanted you to have with AVG.
We request you to share us the screenshot of the email signature you're referring to, so that we can check and assist you further.
We've sent you an email, please share us the screenshot via the email.
Thanks in advance.
I just discovered today that this software has been editing my email signiture without my expilcit permission, for god knows how long. This might as well be a Trojan doing this - disgusting behaviour from an organisation that should have higher values.
Anybody using this product that was not aware and reads this should also evaluate whether they think this is reasonable behaviour.
Disgusting.

What for? I can see from your forums it is a known complaint, and it is a design choice that your organisation has made. Let me tell you, there is a settings option to turn off this behaviour. My point is that at some point an update has implemented this choice. Whether or not it is buried in the small print, that by not turning this "feature" off I am implicitly giving you permission to do this, is aside from the point.
Please dont tell me my recourse was to read the small print and reject the option, there is a contract of trust between us, and your organisation has abused it. I have a life, I dont wish to spend it reading the small print for circumstances such as this. The fact that you would be so underhand as to put such a "feature" into the software, without highlighting it of course will come to light, the result is the same as if I had read it. And of course, I will be removing AVG as soon as I get a moment.
