Hello!

Deep scan identified an ELF:Mirai Downloader-OG [Drp]: dyld_shared_cache_arm64e

But can't quarentine the file because it might be protected? How do I fix this threat?

Please follow the below instructions and check if it resolves your issue.
Please open the AVG user interface and click the Refresh icon next to Virus definition in the bottom-right corner of the main application screen. Wait while AVG checks for virus definition updates. When the update is complete, you see the message Virus definitions are up to date.

Hi Delli, considering there are multiple threads reporting the same problem, perhaps the support team could reply to them rather than telling everybody to message privately? I still have not received any substantive reply and it seems no one else has either.
