eM Client, Email Program will not connect

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. I request you to open AVG PC TuneUp > Rescue Center > Undo > restore all the AVG changes. After that, please reboot your computer once and check if the eM client email program is working fine.

I used AVG PC Tuneup to put the program "eM Client" to sleep. Unfortunately now the eM Client email program will not connect. I have tried putting it back to sleep and waking it again, reinstalling the program but it just will not connect to gmail.com
Any help appreciated.
