I am having a dickens of a time trying to update my email address. I didn't have a password, so I checked forgot password, but after several attempts determined that wasn't working. Maybe I never actually created an account. So, I created an account with the old email (the one AVG uses to send me all their emails). Got that set up okay. But when I go into it, it has no list of my subscriptions or purchases, so it is apparently not linking this new account with the real me, because I am under license and am on the mailing list. I'd like to go in and change the email address to the new address, but I am concerned that there is no information coming up under the old address, so there would also be nothing coming up under the new address. What do I do now? I mostly want to make sure I receive the email that tells me when my license is abou to expire, and do I want to renew…
