I changed email address last year, freeserve having closed and now am not sure whether I am protected - fee still taken by AVG - how do I get AVG to redirect to correct email?
Yeah, you can keep AVG AntiVirus Free on your PC.
We have also cancelled the automatic renewal for the AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) that is active under *****@lane6924.freeserve.co.uk. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide you the refund as it exceeds our 30 days refund policy.

We see from the screenshot, the same transaction number for both the charge. This may be a duplicate charge.
Please recheck if the debit has been done twice from our end.

Ok.Does that mean I don't get a refund for the gmail account either .

As you can see from the statement the account has been debited twice and that consequently £59.98
was taken from my account to AVG in March. Please can you check the payments for that order number your end. I would like this matter to be resolved quickly.

I have two charges of £29.99 each and each described as AVG*AVG SUBSCRIPTION to my Visa account on 26th March 2018, each with the same reference 01522803205, so it seems to me that there is duplication?
