I tried to send a query on the 2 invoices I received back to avg.cs@digitalriver.com and it is not sending. I am relying on you to fix, I posted a query showing my email to them - When I tried to get onto your site here it wouldn't let me use the email address and password for my work computer so I have put a private email contact on here - hopefully someone can sort this out - Also I only have the one computer not 10, so not have I been invoiced twice but for 10 computer use also
PLEASE FIX and give me refund

I do not ever recall signing up for an annual subscription but maybe 12 months ago I inadvertently did BUT I certainly would not sign up twice (Refer to Invoices attached) - I work on one computer in my own office with no other computers set up with it (thus no network) - I would appreciate it if you would reimburse me one of the invoices as WHY WOULD I SIGN UP FOR 2 - I will cop the one invoice
PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION as I will probably not have my job with the Company I work for next year so I DO NOT need to have an annual subscription – and if I still have a job next year then my employer will renew if needed NOT ME PERSONALLY, as I said I will cop it this year BUT ONLY ONE Invoice
