Why can't I download email attachments to Word, or print from google maps whilst AVG security is switched on?

EL, please turn off the Anti Spam component in your AVG AntiVirus and try to download the Email attachment.

Payment methods -> Anti Spam component

Regarding the printing issue, please turn off the Firewall and try to print from the Google Map again.
