my pc runs on windows 10 home my email app is the windows email aplication . I have sent myself an email with a large pdf file attached and this worked fine. (with vpn off)
I have reforwarded the email from earlier today to myself with the pdf attachment from my phone email however on my pc email app the attachment has been removed . I read the article mentioned (above) however the instructions didnt apply to my windows email program ???
do you have any other suggestions as to how to fix. It seems to be an issue when you receive an email from someone for the first time
I have email set up on pc and on my mobile phone and I have avg on the pc. some times i receive an email with a word attachment, excel, pdf . I can see on my mobile phone(email ) that there is an attachment and I can open it however on my pc when i receive the email the attachment has been removed how do i adjust my avg services so that it does not remove attachments from my emails ?
has anyone else had this experience
sometimes i have found that if i forward the email from my phone to my pc i can receive and open the attachment however this isnt always the case
