Email can't be marked as spam

Please do let us know if you face the issue after changing the password and upgrading to 2016 version of Outlook.

May I know the name of AVG program that you have installed?
Is it free, trial or paid version?
When you try to add the email address to Anti-spam do you get any error?

I am unable to mark as spam or junk emails received that have an address that ends in a space followed by .site.  I receive many of these every day and would like to stop them!  Any ideas?

I have not visited any untrusted websites nor opened or clicked on any of the links on the SPAM emails.  I will try changing the email account password and see if it changes anything.  Then I will consider the upgrade.

The older version of Outlook shouldn't be the issue.
Did you visit any untrusted websites or click on any of the links on the SPAM emails that you received?
Please change the email account password once.
Also try upgrading to latest version of Outlook and check whether you are getting the spam emails.
Do you have the latest  2016 version of AVG Internet Security program installed?
