Enabling AVG email protection is causing "Non-overridable TLS error occurred. Handshake error or probably the TLS version or certificate used by server imap.zenbox.pl is incompatible." in Thunderbird. Repairing and re-installation of AVG doesn't help.

Hi Delli,
Below is a screen shot of the AVG version I'm using. The error messages from Thunderbird are being generated because AVG does not have correct certificate information. It can't verify the authenticity of the message and holds it in suspense. The first message was from a pop3 account: "Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox." This is problem is commonly caused by a buggy AV. The second message was generated from an IMAP account: "Non-overridable TLS error occurred. Handshake error or probably the TLS version or certificate used by server is incompatible." If you need to see log entries, let me know and I'll retrieve them for you.
Regards,
Mike
