An AVG update has been installed but the problem persists.
Is a new update still being worked on to clear the bug?

I had to add take control to my contents menu to be able to delete the required file. Once done everything worked.

3 days ago AVG Ultimate started blocking my mail programs (Eudora) access to the server when I start to download my mail. To get around the problem I have to go into settings and switch off email shield.
I therefore uninstalled email shield but the problem persisted and I then had to disable all of AVG to get my mail.
I have now reinstalled email shield and the problem continues but strangely if I disable email shield then immediately re-enable it the problem goes away for 20 minutes or so.
My AVG is running on a windows 7 Ultimate desk top computer.
The problem doesn't occur on my Laptop which is running AVG Ultimate, Windows 10 and also Eudora.
All advice appreciated.

I don't wish to use your remote session because of security concerns therefore please tell me the fix and I will do it myself.

I'm having the same problem on Windows 10 with Eudora 7. It seems to fail initially and for a few attempts, but then starts working for a while. Can you provide the fix here?
