Hi I have AVG free installed. I know that there have been a number of AVG updates recently and this appears to have coincided with the fact that I can no longer receive emails from either of my children. They have confirmed that they have sent the emails; my wife receives the emails when she is copied in (she has the same domain address as me). I can read the emails if I go to the ISP's website. Both of them are on my safe senders list. Any ideas what else to try??
