I sent a screen shot of my email screen that shows SOME emails are coming threw as text and numbers not graphical as they should be. Someone on your community thought I thought it was your software if it was ALL should be like that. It was also suggested to remove your software and re install it to see if that fixes it.
From what I remember it's not that easy to do, last time years ago I had to have a special removal tool to do than, to remove antivirus and PC tune up. If I can uninstall all through Windows control panel, I will but it there is a special tool or link please give me it.
