Email from AVG stating I'm no longer with them?

Hi,  I received an email today stating "

AVG Internet Security and the special “come back” offer that we have for you!
 
Get a full, one-year AVG Internet Security license with a 40% loyalty discount!

However, my subscription does not expire until Sept 2018 ?
 Therefore I logged in to my AVG account and it then stated  "We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount"

Any one else having this issue?  Paul

Hi, I am in exactly the same situation : cannot se my subscriptions in MyAccount (stating "You don't have any subscriptions." and then "We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVGproducts from appearing in your AVG MyAccount."); and I got the same “come back” email.

I have also the same email yesterday , we wont you back , and my accaont is from last year payd for two years so ,

we have to ignnore the email i think like i reed upstairs

The come back email that you received, is actually due to technical glitch as informed here.
To assist further with AVG my account issue, we have sent an email for you to provide the screenshot of "My products" page of AVG my account.
NOTE: Provide the entire "My Products" page with email address displayed at the top.
