Upon checking your account, we see that you've an active subscription of AVG Antivirus, valid till Feb 1, 2020.
We also see that the automatic renewal has been already disabled. Hence, you can be rest assured that the license will not be renewed further.
You may need to use the registered email address (used to reach us here) to access your AVG account, in order to view/manage the subscriptions.
If the same email address has been used & still the subscription isn't shown, then there would be few synchronization issues.
Usually, we do send reminder email prior subscription's expiry with the option to renew manually (if you prefer). You have received those notification, which can be ignored.

This morning I received an email from avg.cs@digitalriver.com telling me that my subscription of CAD119 would be renewed in Feb 2020. They had the correct four digits of my credit card and there was a subscription number and the date of the original order in August 2019
I do NOT have a subscription with AVG, I've checked on the website. So I have no idea why am getting this email and I am concerned that they are going to take money from my credit card as I don't have an account where I can stop it.
I am very concerned about this
