Over a week ago my email and eBay avccount were hacked. After a message of fraudulent activity on my eBay account I changed my password. I contacted my ISP and we found that a setting in my emails had been changed to forward all emails to an email address I didn't know - all sorted and passwords changed BUT I had sensitive and secure info held in some folders - indirectky labelled - I contacted the fraud squad etc and they suggest I go to an it pro to check for any key loggers etc on my machine - I have AVG and it doesn't flag up any issues - is AVG enough or to I need to pay for further support investigation PAUL
