Email marketing spam not being stopped by AVG

Hello Cheryl,

We are glad to help you.
We would like to inform you that AVG has email shield which will stop any infection if they are available on the attachments that are received through emails. Since we don't have anti-spam feature, AVG can't stop spam emails.
Hence, we suggest you to use spam filter available within your email account, to stop them. Usually in marketing emails at the bottom of it, there will be an option to unsubscribe from those emails.
Thank you.

I am constantly receiving emails from marketing=ledglow.com@marketing.ledunderbody.com. They keep getting through even though I send to junk mail and if I try to block them it says that it is not a valid email address.  They change the email address slightly each time, but always has this address attached. I fear that I have been hacked as when I open my computer the welcome window opens followed by another welcome window copying the original welcome but says hello and has an exclammation mark. All the emails that come through and these are several in a day have an exclammation mark in red. Also I think my password to get into the TPG post office online has been hacked as when I put in the password that I know is correct it is not recognised and I can't go online to check emails to see if these uwanted emails are in my inbox online at the post office. If I change the password by saying that it is forgotten makes me think that anyone can do this to log into your email account. Why is my AVG security product not stopping this? I can send and receive other emails. I have contacted TPG who is my internet server as well twice but still don't have an answer at their level for emails and I wonder why these emails are getting through AVG scans which I have done a couple of times. Thank you

I feel I shouoldn't open the emails as I would genuine marketing emails as I think this is a hacker.

Hello Cheryl,

We request you to use spam filter available in your email account in order to move this kind of emails to one folder called spam.
Spam filters detect unsolicited, unwanted, and virus-infected email (called spam) and stop it from getting into email inboxes.
Thank you.
