Email message body appearing briefly then vanishing

I understand the experience you are facing with reading emails after updating AVG. I will help you with that. I would request you to disable Email component in AVG (AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Components >  Email Protection ) and check if you are able to read your emails.

I am using AVG Free anti virus and run on a desktop pc with Windows 10.
After an AVG update I am unable to read my emails.  The emails are in my in box, when I click on them after a very short time the message body disappears and only the headers remain.  I use BT Mail.
I access via Internet explorer.
If I access via Chrome there is no problem!  I can also read my emails ok on another windows 10 desktop and also on a tablet (android)
Can anyone help me to solve this problem.

Thank you for trying our suggestion. Since the issue occurs only when you login on Internet Explorer, it should be an issue with the web browser. I would request you to login to your email account on chrome and contact Microsoft for further assistance.
