It is not recommended to have multiple real time protection active, please try if disabling Malwarebytes real time protection helps.

I received a message that my email is only being partially protected and when I try to repair nothing happens.  Also I also have malwarebytes premium.  Could this be a problem and do I need malwarebytes in addithion to AVG?
