Email not leaving the outbox in Outlook

Open AVG Internet Security program interface, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components", use the slider available near "Email Shield" and turn off the component.
Check the status with the email and keep us posted.

I have not been able to send emails from Windows 10 Outlook for 2 days now. Everything had been fine then emails stopped being sent and are piling up in the outbox.

Thank you for checking that. We asked you to disable the component as there is a ongoing issue and our developers are working on it.
However, there is a workaround to resolve this issue and the steps are sent to you via email.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
