Email not recognised

I have received the email confirming my payment for a further year of coverage. I even copied and registered the key that was sent in said email and linked it to my account. 

This week however, i was informed that my coverage will be expiring in 4 days(as per the free trial period). Looking at the account screen it said that i needed to log in to my AVG account.
I attempted to log in but was told my password was incorrect. When i tried to reset my password i was told my email account was not valid! i received my emails from AVG at this address. I have even had to make another account using this email address just to post on this board. Obviously this new account has no subscriptions on it. But i have paid my sub, i have the bank statement to prove it and i have always used this email address for AVG.

I understand your concern. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Internet Security valid till 9/29/2018. Please follow the steps from this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-AntiVirus-or-Internet-Security-with-a-new-license-number to activate AVG Internet Security in your computer using the new license number emailed to you.
