Email & password Don't Match/Log Into My AVG MyAccount

After reinstalling AVG for MAC as advised, and attempting to Log into My AVG MyAccount which will activate the product and add this MAC to my Zen Network, I'm experiencing the same problem so many community members are mentioning, that it's coming up that my 'Email and password don't match' and of course I'm currently logged in My AVG MyAccount from my MAC browser, so it should not be occuring. Please advise.

Should I start a live chat with an agent as you have suggested to others or are you planning on coming out with a blanket fix since it appears to be a product wide problem for numerous customers?
