Email protection - encrypted messages

I understand the inconvenience caused. I am sure we will be able to fix this together. I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private) at first, please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can all the emails with enabled AVG Internet Security. If the issue still persist, please disable AVG Email protection (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components) and check if you receive the email.

I have a CPA sending me encrypted emails - where I have to sign in to get the message - and this was working until May and now their emails do not come to my inbox nor my junk mail.   Is this being stopped by my service?  If so, how do I fix.   I have several banks that do this and I've had no problem to date with their emails.
