Yes, AVG will scan all outgoing and incoming emails sent/ received via email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird etc.,

Unfortunately, AVG won't scan the emails if you use web client (browsers).

Does AVG Scans all outgoing emails from outlook and also send from web browsers e.g. gmail.
