Email Protection: NOT PROTECTED

 I have an issue with one of my sites. All of the machines are showing that Email is not protected and that the Firewall is not installed. Both of these selections are turned on, in the Admin program and batch file that was created.
 
Also, when I try to do a station synchronization on a single machine, the error 0xE001F410 comes back as failed. Requesting program updates or virus database updates all work fine
 
So how do I resolve the Email issue? I’m really not too concerned about the firewall as we are behind a network firewall in our office.
 
The AVG Admin Console shows the following also
Email Protection: NOT PROTECTED
Firewall: Not Installed
