Email received "We're sorry for the mix up"-AVG TuneUp was updated in error

I went through the steps to reinstall the old version, but then received a message that it's been updated, but I'm not sure if it is on the old version or the new version. The email stated that if I was charged for a new subscription I would receive a full refund.  The version I purchased "AVG Ultimate" was for 2 years and that was only 6 months ago, I only have the one devise and I do not want to pay for an upgrade.  Can you please tell me which version I currently have on my computer.
My activation code is TJxxxx-KWxxxx-42xxxx

If you have paid for an AVG Ultimate subscription, you need not pay for upgrade of AVG TuneUp. You can upgrade to latest version of AVG TuneUp for free. Open AVG TuneUp and share a screenshot (https://bit.ly/2WiMpap) of the user interface to determine if it is older or newer version.
