Email Scan and Web Partially protected

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know whether you have installed 2015 or 2016 version of your AVG program?
Please click on Support tab of AVG program to find the program version information.

After nightly update, the web and email show only partially protected.  I have clicked the Fix now button but nothing is happening.  How do i correct this problem?  it only happened on one of my office computers.
