When I get an email being downloaded, there is a popup window in the bottom right corner that says "Email scanner is unable to scan messages because the connection is …" The rest of the message is hidden because the popup window does not rise high enough (my laptop has a laarger H:V ratio screen - is this the reason?). Questions: 1. what is the rest of the message? 2. What does this mean and what needs to be fixed?
