You should give us the ability to upload a screenshot of the warning. 

You keep saying you have quarantined something from a particular email address but evidently you haven't because I can't reply to the email address without removing the content of the email that they sent me. This has been going on for 10 days. And yes, I have been running virus scan, 

Your chat support isn't working, either. This is not what I expect of AVG
