Email Scanner is not fully functional

Problem: Since some weeks there is a little yellow triangle with a exclamation mark on the AVG-icon in the systemtray of my computer, and in the AVG-windows is mentioned: "You are not fully protected! Email: Email Scanner is not fully functional".

When I click in the AVG-window on the button "Fix Now" and then click Yes to let the program AVG Configuration Management Application make changes in my computer, then that program is busy for some seconds, but the problem is not solved.

I did remove AVG AntiVirus already from my computer and reinstalled it, but this did not solve the problem too.

How can I fix the problem?

I use: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bits, version 6.1 (build 7601: Service Pack 1) and AVG AntiVirus Free 2015, version 2015.0.5577.

Hi Hans,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.
