I've already done this (followed the steps) and it still shows up as not fully functional.
I have the email scanner set up to scan encrypted email, but it says it's not functioning properly. If I change it from fixed host (logs in and works, but not all the time) to automatic (doesn't log in and causes an error) it then displays that it is functional. What's wrong?
