In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output using this tool (http://http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) and please add detailed description of issue.

Sorry, I am unable to run the diagnostic program. I have removed AVG from the computer and replaced it with another Internet Security program. You can consider this thread closed.

I have AVG Internet Security 2014 and after the latest automatic update to 2014.0.4714, the email scanning locks up my email program. I have tried with both Postbox and Thunderbird. When I open my mail reader, it downloads the message headers. Then I click to open/view the email and I get a "Loading image…" icon and it is locked. Occasionally it will release the program after 2-3 minutes but never allow me to read the email. This only started after the last update.
