Email Shield blocking is my email accounts

Hi everyone.

I need some guidance here. Like the topic says, my "Email Shield is blocking my email accounts" I use Winmail under Windows 10. For some reason AVG likes to block my email accounts from receiving it's email unless I kill the Email Shield, then the funny part like 7 out of 10 times if I turn the shield back on the Winmail will continue to receive emails normally until the next reboot where the whole cycle begins again. How can I prevent this issue from happening at all, besides just permanently disabling the Email Shield? I would prefer to keep it on for it's protection of course.
Oh one other thing it appears to be becoming finicky now as it's just affecting 2 or 3 different email accounts at a time now all of sudden, until I kill the Email Shield. It really has a mind of it's own, it seems.

Any ideas anyone?
