That is the latest version of the program. Did you repair the app as requested?
If that does not help, please uninstall AVG Internet Security and reinstall it once.
I have done everything you asked. It worked for 2-3 days then the problem started again.

The tech took control of my computer. Worked on it for quite awhile. Problem still exists. I guess i will have to uninstall AVG and try a different program.Befroe I do this do you have any other ideas?

The Email Shield blocks access to the Outlook email server.
I have Windows 10 fully updated and Microsoft 2010.
I have AVG internet security…fully updated…
I have shut it off and my Outlook works fine.
