Email Shield no longer loading in Outlook since AVG updated

Did you update AVG Internet Security program to the latest version of 21.4?
If not, please update and then restart your computer once.

Since AVG Internet Security updated yesterday the Email Shield buttons are no longer appearing in Outlook.  I have checked and the Email Shield is enabled in AVG.  Any idea how to get it working again?

Hi, AVG version is 21.4.3179 (build 21.4.6266.561)

I have included a screenshot of Outlook.  Normally I would have the AVG buttons (spam,not spam, whitelist, blacklist) on the right hand end of the ribbon but they are not showing up now.

I have checked for updates for both AVG and Outlook and both are up to date and also performed restarts/shut downs.
