So, the anti-span was enabled and is inconveintely putting almost ALL my email in the trash!!! Some is rightly marked SPAM, most are from people I need to contact. I have checked that outgoing recipients are whitelisted. I have added SEVERAL emails to my whitelist. I have restarted my computer and NONE OF THIS WORKS!! I have to check my trash EVERY TIME. And you didn't answer my question about the ability to block internet ads so I'm assuming that isn't an option either. Do you offer pro-rated refunds? AVG came highly recommended but I paid more for this program and have gotten considerably less.

Anti-Spam will enable after the restart of your device. Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> Settings -> Components -> AntiSpam -> Customize -> check if the sensitivity level is High or Medium. If you trust that email sender, you can add it to whitelist option.
I just switched to AVG a couple months ago. Ever since then, my email has been BOMBARDED with SPAM. - like 5-10 every day. I went into the Anti-Spam part of the menu to find a red button that is not moveable - I have a paid version. Is there no place to stop the internet pop ups?

Sorry to hear that the issue persists. Ads appearing on the browser will be based on the sites you visit. They were to set to default and not possible to block those ads.
We need to check with the email settings so we sent you an email instruction to get connected with our technical support team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them and you should be able to resolve the issue.
