Emails about ending subscriptios

We're glad to look into this & help you. Upon checking your account, we see that you've active subscriptions as you've mentioned.
AVG TuneUp Unlimited can be used multiple Windows & Android devices. In this regard, it is not required to have AVG PC TuneUp.
However, as we're uncertain about the emails that you receive, would you be so kind to forward it to us or share us the screenshot of it?
It isn't recommended to share account/order info in public post. Hence, an email requesting the same has been sent to you. Please revert to us via email.
To activate the paid version through the Free version : Open AVG - My AVG (at top right) - My subscriptions - Login to AVG My Account using the same email address that you've used to reach us - It would automatically update the program & prompt to restart. Once you restart your computer, AVG Free will be modified into AVG Internet Security.

Hello dear support person

I keep geting emails about the ending of y subscriptions. But in real live only te ones I had double where ended. Could you please check my other subscriptions and see if I am right?
1. AVG internet security ending october 9, 2019
2 AVG Tune Up ending october 8, 2019
3. AVG Tune Up Unlimited ending february 5, 2020
4. AVG Secure VPN ending february 5, 2020

And I just installed the free anti virus version. Thanks for checking
