I have 2 emails constantly duplicating. Both are from different senders, although from the same domain name. Both have PDF attachments. Other emails from the same senders are not duplicating. No other emails are constantly coming to my inbox. I am using Outlook 2010. I have checked with my internet provider who believes my email settings are good.

The AVG icon appears on the menu bar of the "home" tab. The words "Run AVG User Interface" appear beneath the icon. However, when I run the interface, although all items are ticked as "Protected" and protectiuon is shown to be up to date, the "Reports" option indicates that a whole computer scan is in progress. This shows 1% progress and 312 objects scanned. This scan has been running many hours; the "Stop" and "Pause" options do not respond.
