In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

Yesterday I downloaded AVG Free 2015 edition.  Today on opening up I find that the email scanner is shown as not active.  I do have MalwareBytes on my PC but it is not the full version.

Please advise how I can get the email scanner to work.

When I open AVG Internet Security 2014, I se the error message  "Email is not Active." I am running MalwareBytes, but that program does not specify any email real time scanning. In fact, it does not mention email scanning at all. Please advise. Thank you.
