Your answer is not really satisfactory. I know it is a mistake. What I want to know is why I am getting the emails and how do I stop them. Can you please provide an email address for me to communicate with. It is not viable for me to ring an overseas number because of time differences. It is concerning that your organisation has made a 'mistake' when it is supposed to be one which provides 'protection'
