I have disabled the AVG anti-track browser protection whilst using Microsoft Edge. No change there.The problem has been there for several weeks.
When I clicked "Reply" to your email my screen went blank and my emails reappeared as if I had not done anything. That is the reason why I have responded via your website.
On the Virgin Media forum some comments refer to having AVG anti-track installed which causes the problem.
When deleting an email via Virgin media on my Windows 10 laptop the emails disappear then reappear without the deletion…most frustrating!
It has been suggested on the Virgin community forum that AVG anti-track may be causing the transfer to "appsuite!!"
Does anyone else have this problem?
This does not occur on my android phone.
