Could you let us know if you tried to change the location/server of your AVG Secure VPN & check if you can send emails via EM Client?
If not, please try connecting to one of the P2P servers available in the AVG Secure VPN & check for the issue.
When did you start experiencing this issue?

I have recently purchased the AVG VPN for both my PC and my phone. When the VPN is on I cannot access my bigpond email. When I turn off the VPN i can access my emails.
Is there anyway to change settings on the VPN to allow me access emails.
