Hi John,
We're glad to look into this & help you. Our expertise are limited to AVG.
Sometimes, if the spam filter is set to high, then there is a possibility of a legit email entering the spam folder.
Please let us know how you access your emails. Is it through browser or email clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc?
A sender of emails has suddenly been sent to "spam". I have made sure the sender is in my contact list and have responded to the message included with the message in the spam file that the email is not spam but they keep going there. How do I keep them from going to spam?
Thank you for replying, John.
AVG Secure Browser won't interfere with your email account. This issue is related to gmail account settings.
We suggest you to contact Gmail support regarding the spam settings.
I presume that I am accessing the emails through the AVG browser. I am going to gmail from the AVG browser, getting a gmail tab and then to gmail. I am not using Outlook, Thunderbird or other "email" systems.
John
