Emailshield blocking Outlook sync traffic

Emailshield is blocking IMAP traffic since today.
Outlook 2013 is reporting sync errors when enabled.
As soon as I disable Emailshield (for 10 mins) all syncs run perfectly fine.

This happened today for the first time.

Software version: 21.3.3174 (build 21.3.6164.665)
UI Version: 1.0.611

Any idea how to solve ?
