AVG on my Samsung phone has popped up telling me "Malware detected. EmergencyManagerService contains malware that could harm your device. It is installed in the system partition and cannot be uninstalled. Instead, you must deactivate the app from system settings. Detection ID 83cda07480dc."  When I click "Resolve," I am taken to the app in system settings, however "Deactivate" is grayed out and not an option.

Searching "emergencymanagerservice" returns not much that I can make sense of.  Is this app actually a problem?  Do I need to restart in safe mode to try to disable it?
