EMS is stopping warning

Hi… i suspect this is a problem for avg… there must be an update for it… i also have been a loyal customer for many years, my subscription does not run out until next year… i have three different computer that use individual licenses… it is a nightnare …this ems warning… am i fully protected or am i not… how do i send a diagonostic report?? HELP!

I have the same problem yesterday and today. After I turned on the computer and a message in AVG said  "You are not fully protected! Emails: Personal Email Scanner is stopping." If I click on the EMS box, it shows me the same message.Then I uncheck incoming email and outgoing  message and re-check the boxes again, click "Apply" and reboot, the message was gone. But today when I turned on the computer, the message show up again. I don't know what happen. Is it an AVG update issue? Is there a fix?

This morning, when I turned on my laptop, I found an exclamation point on the AVG icon.  When I opened the program, I found a warning on the email section that says "EMS IS STOPPING!"  I have no idea why this is showing up. 

Yesterday, everything was working fine and the computer scan I did came up clean. 

I can't find any way to get rid of the warning message.

Waht is going on?

Tracy, Have you used the tool yet? Diagnostic output should be auto sent to AVG.

H Schufletowski, It is hard to tell what is happening from a such short description.
You can try seeing if reinstallation (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/How-to-reinstall-AVG/) helps you. Otherwise, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with diagnostic output using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) and please add detailed description of issue.
