We certainly understand your concern.
As far as my knowledge there is no way to enable AVG through Command Line, However, I will escalate this to our higher level team and ask whether there is any possibility to do this, When they reply, will post it back. Please do keep checking this post.

Hi,
I have a few pc protected by avg 2016, I would like to enable avg protection if it has been disabled. Is there a command I can run and enable avg's protection WITHOUT avg's user interface?
