Enabling AVG Anti theft and tyring to install AVG Pro on Samsung S6

Hi, I am trying to enable anti theft on my Samsung S6 as you apparently have to do that to be able to get the Antivirus Pro on your phone. When I try to enable anti-theft and also change the AVG pin. I can see it is trying to contact my phone but never connects whether I use my wifi or cell connection.

Any thoughts on what the issue may be?
